WARRANTY POLICY

​Effective June 2025

At Lineage Fine Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship of each piece. Every item is handcrafted with precision and care, using only fine materials designed to last. To honor that promise, we offer a limited warranty for your peace of mind.

 

What We Cover

We offer a 12-month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Covered under this warranty:

  • Loose gemstones or diamonds due to defective settings

  • Broken chains or clasps caused by material flaws

  • Soldering or structural failure due to craftsmanship errors

If we determine a repair is needed due to a qualifying defect, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost to you.

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper care or storage

  • Loss or theft

  • Accidental damage (e.g., bent prongs, chipped stones, scratched metal)

  • Repairs or alterations performed by anyone outside of Lineage Fine Jewelry

Because our pieces are delicate, we strongly recommend removing jewelry before sleeping, swimming, or engaging in physical activity.

 

How to Request a Warranty Repair

If you believe your piece qualifies for a warranty repair, please email us at Lineage.jewelry.hq@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • High-resolution photos of the item

We may require you to ship the item to us for assessment. You are responsible for shipping the item to us; return shipping will be covered if the repair qualifies under warranty.

 

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your item is no longer under warranty or the issue is not covered, we are happy to assess the piece and offer repair options for a fee. Please contact us for a quote.

 

Additional Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet warranty conditions.
