Product Availability & Descriptions

Each piece of jewelry is crafted by hand and may vary slightly from photos shown. We make every effort to display products accurately, but we cannot guarantee your monitor will reflect true color or scale.

We reserve the right to:

Discontinue any product at any time
Limit the quantities of any items
Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion

Orders, Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are not considered final until payment is processed and you receive an official confirmation email. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options offered at checkout.

Shipping

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details, including estimated timelines and responsibilities for international duties and taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted, bespoke nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your experience with our site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lineage Fine Jewelry, LLC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from:

The use of, or inability to use, our site or products
Delays in production or delivery
Errors in product descriptions or pricing

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Launch Purchase Rewards Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

To celebrate our launch, Lineage Fine Jewelry is offering customers a $100 promotional gift card for every $1,000 spent on qualifying purchases during the promotional period.

There is no limit to the number of gift cards a customer may earn.

2. Eligibility & Qualifying Purchases

Customers will receive one (1) $100 promotional gift card for every full $1,000 USD spent in a qualifying transaction.
Rewards are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping fees. Discounts or applied gift cards are subtracted from the subtotal.
Partial $1,000 increments do not qualify for additional rewards.
Qualifying amounts are calculated per transaction and cannot be combined across separate orders.
The promotion applies to purchases completed during the designated launch promotional period. This period ends December 31st at 11:59pm HST.

Examples:

Spend $1,000 — Receive $100 in gift cards.
Spend $2,500 — Receive $200 in gift cards.
Spend $10,800 — Receive $1,000 in gift cards.
Spend $100,000 — Receive $10,000 in gift cards.

3. Gift Card Issuance & Redemption

Gift cards will be issued electronically in individual $100 increments and emailed directly to the purchaser's email address associated with the qualifying order.
Gift cards will be issued after payment verification.
Promotional gift cards are redeemable toward future purchases exclusively through Lineage Fine Jewelry.
Gift cards cannot be applied retroactively to the qualifying purchase.
Gift cards have no cash redemption value, except where required by law.
Any expiration date or additional redemption restrictions will be disclosed when the promotional gift cards are issued.

4. Returns & Cancellations

In the unlikely event that the original purchase is not completed in full (example: refund required by law for any reason), all gift cards and rewards earned with that purchase are immediately void and any spent amount of the rewards will be charged to the original payment method of the original order.

5. General Conditions

This promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Lineage Fine Jewelry reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion prospectively, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect rewards already earned through qualifying purchases.

All purchases remain subject to Lineage Fine Jewelry's standard Terms of Use.

Launch Giveaway (Random Drawing) - Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Drawing Date: December 1, 2026.

1. Promotion Overview

To celebrate the launch of Lineage Fine Jewelry, three (3) eligible participants will be randomly selected to each receive one (1) $300 USD promotional gift card redeemable toward purchases from Lineage Fine Jewelry.

The total combined retail value of all prizes is $900 USD.

Participation is voluntary and does not require a purchase.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who:

Are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
Meet the entry requirements outlined below.
Comply with these Official Terms & Conditions.

The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. How to Enter

To participate in the giveaway, eligible individuals must complete the following requirements before the promotion closes:

Follow the official Lineage Fine Jewelry Instagram account, @lineagefinejewelry.
Share the official Lineage Fine Jewelry launch giveaway announcement to their Instagram Story.
Tag @lineagefinejewelry and three (3) friends in the shared Instagram Story using Instagram's mention feature.
Disclose the promotional entry by including the visible text "Lineage Fine Jewelry Giveaway" in the Story.

Participants must maintain their qualifying Story for its normal 24-hour duration and ensure that their entry can be verified by the Sponsor.

Participants with private Instagram accounts may be asked to provide a screenshot of their qualifying Story through Instagram Direct Message for verification.

Only one (1) entry per individual is permitted. Multiple submissions will not increase the odds of winning.

Entries submitted through automated, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorized means may be disqualified.

4. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins immediately and ends on November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).

Entries received after the closing deadline will not be eligible for the drawing.

5. Winner Selection

On December 1, 2026, three (3) potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of selection.

Each participant may receive a maximum of one (1) prize.

Selection is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Terms & Conditions.

6. Winner Announcement and Notification

The three (3) potential winners will be announced on the official @lineagefinejewelry Instagram Story on December 1, 2026.

Lineage Fine Jewelry will also attempt to contact each selected individual through Instagram Direct Message and through any additional contact information voluntarily provided and available to the Sponsor.

Potential winners must respond and complete any reasonably necessary eligibility verification by December 9, 2026, at 11:59 PM HST.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the stated deadline, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the corresponding prize will be forfeited.

On December 10, 2026, an additional random drawing will be conducted, if necessary, to select replacement potential winners for any unclaimed or forfeited prizes.

Replacement winners will be notified through the same procedures and given seven (7) calendar days to respond.

Lineage Fine Jewelry will make reasonable efforts to award all three prizes.

7. Prize Details and Redemption

Each verified winner will receive one (1) complimentary promotional gift card valued at $300 USD, redeemable exclusively toward eligible purchases from Lineage Fine Jewelry.

The following conditions apply:

Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from their individual date of issuance.
The issuance and expiration dates will be communicated to each recipient.
Gift cards may be applied toward eligible merchandise available through the official Lineage Fine Jewelry website.
Any purchase amount exceeding the available gift card balance is the responsibility of the recipient.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
Gift cards may not be resold or exchanged for another form of compensation.
Any unused balance remaining after the applicable expiration date will expire, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Prize Restrictions

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Verification and Disqualification

Lineage Fine Jewelry reserves the right to verify compliance with the promotion's eligibility and entry requirements.

Entries may be disqualified for fraud, impersonation, automated participation, falsified submissions, or material violations of these Official Terms & Conditions.

10. Publicity and Privacy

By participating, entrants acknowledge that their Instagram username may be publicly identified if selected as a winner.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

By participating, entrants release Instagram from any liability arising from or related to this promotion, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants acknowledge that any information submitted in connection with the giveaway is provided to Lineage Fine Jewelry LLC and not to Instagram.

12. General Conditions

Lineage Fine Jewelry reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failures, platform disruptions, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially compromise the fairness or proper administration of the giveaway, subject to applicable law.

Any necessary changes will be communicated through the Sponsor's official channels.

The Sponsor will administer the promotion fairly and in accordance with these published rules and applicable law.
