At Lineage Fine Jewelry, each piece is a work of art—crafted with intention, refined through precision, and delivered with care. Our shipping policy reflects the same standard of excellence as the jewelry you receive.

Processing & Production Time

Every order is handled with the utmost attention to detail.

All orders are considered Bespoke/Made-to-order: Please allow 3 to 5 weeks for production, as each piece is handcrafted to your specifications.

You will receive an estimated shipping window upon order confirmation.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure the secure and timely delivery of your piece.


Domestic (United States):

  • Complimentary insured shipping on all orders over $200

International:

  • Available to select countries

  • Transit time: typically 7–21 business days, depending on location

  • All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the client

Order Tracking & Signature Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
For your security and peace of mind, all orders valued over $500 require a signature upon delivery.

Packaging

Your jewelry will arrive in our signature packaging—designed to preserve and present your piece in a manner that reflects its elegance and value.

Responsibility & Claims

Once marked as delivered by the courier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs and your order number, so we may assist you promptly.

Client Responsibility

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Lineage Fine Jewelry cannot be held responsible for misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the client.

Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

Due to high order volumes during seasonal periods, we recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Lineage Fine Jewelry, every piece is individually commissioned and meticulously handcrafted to reflect the unique vision of each client. As such, all of our jewelry is entirely bespoke—made-to-order and exclusively designed.

Final Sale Policy

All bespoke jewelry pieces are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a purchase is approved and production has begun, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds.

This policy ensures the integrity of our design process and the exclusive nature of the work we create.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

Each piece is thoroughly inspected before delivery. In the unlikely event of a craftsmanship defect:

  • Notify us within 24 Hours of delivery.

  • We will review the matter promptly and, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Please note: Our craftsmanship guarantee does not cover damage due to wear, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.
